The challenge is going well so far. I am not feeling starved of bread and I am finding enough other meal options that fit my schedule. It takes a lot more preparation and thought process in creating the meals – especially for lunch and dinner. I am sure time is most often an issue for people when it comes to preparing a healthy meal or a meal in general. Day 4 of the No Bread Challenge
Day 4 already of my “eat no bread for 7 days” challenge. At this point I do miss eating a good slice of bread for sure, but I am keeping up my promise to not eat any type of bread for at least 7 days. While this might not be challenging for you, just think about it as a challenge to not eat one of your favorite foods for 7 days. Day 3 of the 7 Day Challenge
It’s already day 3 of my 7 Day Challenge. If you do not know what this challenge is all about, please go here and start reading. I promise that it will be interesting. Ok, back to our regular programming. Day 3 has been good and I was able to curb the hunger without the urge to eat candy or “worse” – to eat bread (I am exaggerating). I got stuck on a long phone call right before my usual lunch time and by the time I got off the phone I was starving. Fortunately I had prepared a good lunch for myself the night before.
