Don’t forget your fruits and veggies
Remember your mom, when you were little… “Eat your veggies!” she had a good reason for that… do it 4-5 times a day because they have the essential fibers, vitamins and antioxidants you can’t lose weight without. Get those high-fiber stuff, because they make you feel full fast, and will stop you craving other foods. Note: use them fresh, because processed ones have a high concentration of fat and sodium.
Keep an eye out for what and how much you eat.
Cut the high-calorie foods and eat smaller portions scattered throughout the day, chew slowly and don\t rush so that they get digested better, like at least 5 meals a day. Don’t skip meals because they regulate your blood sugar levels, balance your calorie intake daily, and will keep you healthier. Limiting is good but, don’t overdo it. Please calculate a bit, and ask your dietitian for advice on how to divide the meals in the right way so it benefits you. If you have time, make a food journal. It helps very much.
Limit the intake of sodas and beverages you usually might have.
You will be better off if you cut this… better drink from 2 to 4 liters of water per day, maybe combined with fresh lemon juice, and just this will shed weight.
